  • Positioned company for angel round of financing by working with management team to create the business plan, financials and power point presentation. Areas of focus for this particular company included articulation of product, competitive analysis and marketing strategy.
  • Advised a four-year-old technology company on how to transform its revenue base from exclusively services to products and services and raise $3 million. I advised on pricing structure and product cost basis and how to best utilize existing resources. In concert with the Director of Sales and CEO, I wrote the business plan and financials.
